2. Do you offer repairs for chewed zippers?
Please email a picture of the chewed bed to email@example.com. We will determine next steps and let you know if the bed is repairable.
1. Can I return my bed if I ordered the wrong size?
Bowsers will provide credit or replacement for any manufacturer defects or incorrectly shipped items. Our website includes detailed sizing, dimensions and product descriptions to help you make your purchase decision. 1. Are your beds machine washable?
Yes they are! Unzip outer cover and remove white bolsters. Re-zip cover and wash on cool setting. Hand-wash Inner bolster only. For any inner cushion you can machine wash and dry as is on cool setting.
2. How do I wash your feeder stands?
Wipe stand clean with a damp cloth. Bowls are dishwasher friendly.

1. Are there any flame retardants used on your fabrics?
No. Our fabrics are a unique collection of exclusively designed, durable, washable upholstery fabrics. These designer fabrics are made in US fabric mills that are Oeko-Tex certified. Oeko-Tex is an environmental association that tests and certifies that textile products do not contain nor are they produced using harmful substances and or chemicals.
